1. Service Scope

WangRenYuan provides executive coaching, cross-cultural business training, and leadership development programs. All services are delivered in person or virtually, as agreed in writing. Coaching sessions are advisory in nature and do not constitute psychological therapy, legal advice, or financial planning.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your coaching or training engagement. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the sessions. WangRenYuan is not liable for any business or personal losses incurred as a result of applying the insights shared during programs.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including frameworks, worksheets, slide decks, and recorded content — remain the intellectual property of WangRenYuan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these materials without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, WangRenYuan’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. WangRenYuan is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching or training agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any proprietary materials. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
